2. Service Description

EmbroideryDigitize.com provides professional embroidery digitizing services, including but not limited to:

  • Logo digitizing for embroidery
  • Vector art conversion
  • Stitch estimation services
  • Format conversion services
  • Custom embroidery design creation

3. Order Process and Payment

3.1. Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website by uploading your artwork and providing project specifications.

3.2. Payment: Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

3.3. Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Turnaround Time

4.1. Standard turnaround time is 8-24 hours for regular orders.

4.2. Rush orders are available for an additional fee with turnaround times as fast as 3-6 hours.

4.3. Turnaround times begin after payment confirmation and receipt of all required files and information.

5. Revisions and Modifications

5.1. We offer unlimited free revisions until you are completely satisfied with the digitized design.

5.2. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

5.3. Major changes to the original design concept may incur additional charges.

6. File Delivery and Formats

6.1. Completed files are delivered via email or through our secure customer portal.

6.2. We provide files in all major embroidery formats including DST, PES, EXP, HUS, JEF, VP3, and others upon request.

6.3. Vector files are provided in AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG formats.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. Customers retain full ownership of their original artwork and designs.

7.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any submitted artwork.

7.3. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.

8. Quality Guarantee

8.1. We guarantee the quality of our digitizing work and will make corrections at no additional cost if the embroidery does not meet industry standards.

8.2. Quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence of the embroidered sample.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9.2. We are not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.3. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

10.1. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties.

10.2. All customer files and information are kept confidential and secure.

11. Termination

11.1. Either party may terminate services with written notice.

11.2. In case of termination, payment for completed work is due immediately.

12.3. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
